AWS Help

1. Interface with DAD.
2. Create and destroy reserved instances.
3. For RDS, MySQL, and Aurora instances. They can be created and destroyed based on the no of reserved instances.
4. Download list of instances actions with AWS need. Upgrades, reboots, etc. This is auctually more complicated that is looks.
5. Integrated with REDIS with hour expiration. If someone does something manually in the AWS console it will mess up redis, so a good expire time is nice. Plus, querying AWS is not fast, so this is better.
